Terms of Business
Basis of the Contract
Any order accepted by CPIMS.COM Ltd shall be subject to these conditions of sale and no other conditions shall apply unless expressly agreed in writing by CPIMS.COM Ltd. If you do not agree to these terms of business you should not purchase products from CPIMS.COM Ltd.

Guarantees and Warranties
Equipment featured from this website are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties, details of which should be included with the product. Faults which develop within the warranty period should be notified as specified. Paper based products and services are accepted under the terms and conditions as laid down in our Liability & Disclaimer Policy.
All claims for defective services must be reported within three days from receipt of goods. Where the defect is not apparent upon first inspection of the product the fault must be reported within 7 days from discovery of defect.
If upon inspection CPIMS.COM Ltd finds the product not to be defective we reserve the right to return the product to you the customer and re-invoice.
Deliveries
Delivery charges are calculated at time of purchase and include all packaging costs. We deliver to addresses in the UK only.
Goods and services are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply a product we will refund the total amount to your account. Any enquiries about your order should be e-mailed to customerservice@cpims.com
Claims for non-delivery must be made within 28 days from date of purchase. Should you need to return a faulty or defective product a returns authorisation must be made in advance. Please e-mail your problem to the customer service department. All goods must be returned in the manuafacturer's original packaging in a pristine, re-saleable condition complete with all manuals, accessories and other documentation. Any return not complying with these terms may be rejected. A minimum handling charge of 25% of the value of the product will be levied on incomplete returns and where a product is returned when ordered in error or is no longer required. We do not accept responsibility for any consequential or indirect loss no matter how it occurred.
Prices and Payments
Prices are exclusive of VAT at 17.5% (subject to government changes) and delivery charges. We make every effort to ensure information is correct. Where a product has been incorrectly priced we reserve the right to cancel that order and will inform you accordingly. You will then be given the choice of whether to proceed with the product purchase.
Ownership of any goods supplied by CPIMS.COM Ltd remain with full title of goods until full payment is received. We aim to keep details of your order and payment secure. Our Privacy and Data Protection Policy is available here. However, except in cases of negligence, we are not liable for any losses caused by a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
Payment terms are detailed on your invoice. Interest will be charged on overdue accounts at 5% per month.
We reserve the right to change or correct product specifications, prices, errors, and ommissions without prior notification.
These warranties and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. The contract between us shall be governed by the Laws of England and Wales and any dispute between us shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
